Technically the only one considered isku dheh karis is pasta all rice come in one form so no point in calling it isku dheh karis when thats the usual form:ftw9nwa:

Yes, I do it all the time. Usually do it with non spaghetti pasta but it can be done with spaghetti pasta you just have to saute your ingredients properly (without burning your spices/ingredient) and add your pasta last and don't put too much boiling water. Take it off the cooker before it gets too soft and let it set.

Yeah. I sauté my veggies and co in a skillet. Get my pasta boiling. Cook both separate, pretty much all the way, drain pasta, let cool, then add it to the skillet with the other ingredients and mix. Voilà.
