They are right where my neck creases when I go to sleep so I believe it's due to a fatty neck but I am normal weight (5'5", 145lbs) what should i do to get rid of it? I can't find much information online. Most medical websites refer to it as hyperpigmentation or extreme obesity but I am neither of those

Yh I was the same and when I hit a growth spurt and slimmed out at about 14-15 I had stretch marks from the top of my shoulders extending to my neck.I think I still may have the marks.
