Is Puntland north or south?

It seems pretty divided between north and south. I'd say if you're from the northern regions of puntland you're a northerner and if you're from southern you're southern but what do yall think?

This is the problem one has to be picked though I do like the idea of it being split between north and central. I would say puntlanders should claim north if we had to pick one because there is more benefits

North is a region with it's own subculture that's associated to Isaaq, Gadabursi and some parts of Dhulbahante/Warsangeli.

PL was historically known as Majeerteenia or Bari. Reer Mudug MJs were Reer Bari 200-300 years ago and some still live in Nugal which was formerly Bari.

Now if we're talking geographically then it's a whole different story.
