Besides turkey actually trained our troops and they will have to lift the embargo once somalis reach comprimise with federal regions and secure the south from shabaab. Besides lets not blame them.The issue stems from somalis fighting eachother and allowing enemies to use us as puppets against each other. We have a cental bank now and they have no motives to keep us down if they can control us. No arms embargo lifted means no deals!
