Is Somalia's water under threat?

I've been reading more into Somalia's water situation and I realize how our rivers
could be messed with by Ethiopia which can threaten the country's livelyhood. Is it overblown or could Somalia be in another Nile situation?

We have plenty of groundwater but I'm not sure how long that will last
