In 6 1/2 weeks!!!!

I use to be chubby, but I'm 5'8 so my fat distribution is alright Alhamdulilah.

But 1 size down. :feelinmyself:

Anyways, anyone going through weightloss??

It just disappeared when I was losing weight, all of it like a chinese lady's droopy one. I have no figure any more, I'm going to have to gain a little bit back and do leg lifts to get some shape in that region.

Well done! I recently lost my entire futo so I'm really upset.

Do some squats.


I do 200 squats a day and I see the results.




I'm on a vegan diet with no carbs and I haven't weighted myself but my momma is getting concerned that means I lost something.

Not on one go.

100 in the morning.
50 in the evening
50 before bed.

Im enjoying the results.

That's more like it - I always take a speed walk in the morning I think its easier to do 100 when you're all jelly like from exercise. Evening and then night - should do some other areas while I'm at it. Thanks hun.

I'm struggling with this now my big thigh and hips are the only thing saving me.:(

Same here - I have a pear shape too, it is a life saver! I think squats and leg lifts combo is going to work wonders to even everything out and tone the area too.
