It was not the CTS2214 subclade of Haplogroup T carried by a tiny minority of Ethiopian Habesha and Oromo. The CTS2214 subclade is Middle Eastern in origin (10k ybp) and more common among Red Sea Cushites like Beja and Saho and other Afro-Asiatic groups in North Africa and Sahel.
