They write letters in all languages. I got a letter in Chinese a few weeks ago, also hand written, like the other 3 I received since the beginning of the pandemic. It's a Chinese area. All I could make out of it was the jw.org that was written. They are very dedicated. Non Somalis in that building also got Somali written letters.
They get some sort of super-translator, upload their handwriting to their computer and fake a letter posing as x ethnicity. But it's a white guy behind it.
