If you don't want free healthcare, you can choose the private one. It's obvious that the quality of healthcare is lower if it's free but it is still better than having access to none.There is no such thing as free health care, plus the quality of the health care is also lower, which is why canadians are actually coming in to the US for healthcare, crazy right
To fix our healthcare we need to privatize the f*ck out of it, they'll then compete for lower prices

It was mainly about covid though, which is everywhere and populists generally support the anti-lock down/it's a hoax position. Trump did embolden populists everywhere. I don't think Bolsonaro in Brazil would have won without Trump as an example for instance.
