Jolani insults the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan !

Yeah it's incredbly different and not remotely comparable to somalia. You have severa diffrent ethnic groups in Afghanistan . Pashtuns are only 40% of Afghanistan. But they're way outnumbered in the cities and urban areas. They have 2 official lanaguges one is pashtun and the other is dari(which is just a name for persian) . Most of the tribal areas are just pashtun . But the urban pouplation is of a compelelty different ethnic orgin and read and write in persian.

Read this study for more understanding though. I took a short dive into Afghanistan, it always fascinated me

The Pashtuns, the Taliban and the State

It's funny when looking back, people were perplexed as to why the Islamic courts in Somalia didn't govern like the Taliban despite being sharia driven ''Islamists''.

It might just be a similar situation for Syria as@Laser made a good thread on this how Jolani is focusing all his effort in implementing a state building plan and vision that started in IDLIB many years ago.

Jolani even if we disregard the Afghanistan comment sounds and looks like a syrian solution for a free Syria and nothing beyond that. Basically a crypto Turkey and no bigger goal beyond the borders. No Palestine agenda on the tables.

Disappointment for the global Islamic ummah and their wish for the return of the Caliphate. I do wish him good luck to rebuild Syria and wait and see for yourself how that turn out. Dude is acting all political correct and might be interested in power himself. Sounds like a local revolution for a local goal after all. Will be interested to see what the new Syria has in its stores for a free and independent Palestine.

I do think though that Afghanistan deserves praise having fought and successfully defeated the empire called USA and their western stooges. Afghanistan is the graveyard of empires and surely US is decline and everyone can sense it for themselves. Call them tribal all you want but history records show them ending empires after empires. We have an Islamic hadith that says there will come an army from Khoresan that will march all the way to Jerusalem and no force on earth will able to stop.

We all have plans but the end of the day Allah is the best of planners. Whatever plan Jolani has for Syria we will find out ourselves. Maybe playing a little role might affect the long. After Syria maybe Pakistan will be freed next and then direct link to Afghanistan. Finally mujjahidins will then march on their way to free the holy land.

This guy just freed his country from a kaffir reign and you want him to declare war on the US like the ICU before letting them recuperate and rebuild their nation.

One thing I always wonder is what was bush’s goals in Afghanistan Iraq was clear but Afghanistan was unknown

What makes this even more strange was at the battle Tora Bora they has bin Laden surrounded but strangely decided to retreat

According to military experts the Taliban had been defatted by late 2002 so why did they stay so long ?

The Taliban even offered to turn bin Laden in but were refused by the bush administration

If they were retard then Afghanistan wouldn’t be known as the graveyard of all empires.
Absolutely Afghanistan people are very smart and better than Somalia who is occupied by multipel kaafir countries.

Subhanallah! He called them tribal society and says Syria will not turn into Afghanistan!
This is not an insult, every culture is different and pashtun culture is certainly less cosmopolitan than Syrian or even Somali culture. The reason the Taliban ban female education is because of Pashtunwali (Pashtun version of Xeer). Of course there is nothing wrong with this as 'Urf (Societal custom) is very important when it comes legislation as long as it doesnt directly contravene the Sharia.

For example Al Shabaab lets women take Computer science classes in Jilib and Jolani's HTS had 60% University enrollment rate for women in Idlib. This is simply because Somali and Syrian culture are not compatible with a Taliban model because our cultures are less misogynistic.

As for the assertion that Jolani is insulting the Taliban or the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan this has no basis in reality. The Taliban congratulated Jolani and mentioned HTS by name when they took over Damascus on December 8th. The Taliban also handed out sweets in Kabul after HTS's victory. HTS did the same thing when the Taliban took over Kabul in 2021. Like wise Jolani's right hand man and second-in-command, Abdulrahim Atoun, praised the Taliban in 2021 and said they are a model of resistance.

Pakistan is already free and Muslim country.
This is the problem with certain people who think revolutions will solve things.

I've seen comments on social media that Saudi arabia and other Muslims nations to toppled .
It's like people haven't learnt anything in the past two decades.

You sound like a Paki. Global Caliphate kulaha, niggas in Sanaag and Mudug don’t even get along. The vast majority of Muslim nations are either subservient to the US or to the Russia/China axis. Turkey is the closest nation we have that has a somewhat autonomy. I think is very beneficial that a free Syria has someone like Erdogan helping and protecting it. It’s a big step for the region and the Muslim World

Not really, this is just a post modernist Islamic traditionalist view.

Here is how the Muslim world looked in the 9-10th century.
