Let me make you understand something abt our people. They are fond of everything Europe. They are mentally preoccupied something they can't be.

They like titles and geographical names.

He never visited Serbia and never got anywhere close to it. It's most likely he was given that nickname bc he would keep talking abt Serbia. Weird, I know!
