junk food relapse and rationing?

i know right? they're skinny af so i feel kind of bad for them so i let them use their skinny privilege, but that doesn't mean they can take ALL of it!!
:ftw9nwa: like the person above said, they're hungry because they're not eating real meals, right? Instead of them eating junk snacks, a good starting place is to give them "junk" meals (pizza, burgers, mashed potatoes). They don't need to eat cambuulo and bariis or they'll just crave junk all day when they see it lol. the meals will fill them up and leave them less likely to binge on sweets/chips

thats why I said starting place lol. Its better for them to eat actual meals that satisfy them at appropriate times and then stop, then to continuously eat empty calories through out the day. and those chips have MSG so its only making them hungrier :yloezpe:

Junk foods generally contain soyalecitin (soy in oil form), bunch of coloring chemicals, aspartame (lose concentration, messes up your brain), MSGA, all these chemicals and only 45% actual potatoes for potato chips.
 
so junk food isn't a frequent commodity in my house
i got spicy candy today too and i'm having a relapse, eating it all in one day cause it's so good ofc

since there are also many people i share the same space with, aka my six siblings, bags of chips barely lasts one sitting, much less more than a day
i love the communist idea of rationing as it creates fairness and also makes it so that my brother doesn't steal all the junk food from me (he thinks he can use his "alpha" privilege to get more food since he has a "bigger body mass" :westbrookwtf:)

should i convert my house to communism? or should it be an anarchy?

Put you’re snacks in a old shoebox but a book on top of it, close it, but it under you’re bed then put old shoes on top of the shoebox. That works for me.
