Are you completely sure about this? Contential shift happens, with centimeters of growth per 80 years on average.

This is just my speculation about ethiopia getting an ocean over night. The Somali plate is actually moving .8 centimeters a years and not in 80 years this is what's causing the whole earthquakes due to tectonic plate movement. in ethiopia near the great rift area they had multiple earthquakes this month but they have been slowly catching up with each other sxb. Im not a future teller but I think my speculation are right. Ill be happy if even Ethiopia get a trickle of sea water.
