JUST IN - Actress Selena Gomez Has A Meltdown Over Trump's Deportations: "All My People Are Getting Attacked"!

The rich really are getting exponentially richer. It's amazing to me how many actors/singers/socialites nowadays are cracking the 1 Billion line in terms of net worth, regardless of whether they own businesses. Used to be unheard of like 15 years ago. You had to be some sort of media tycoon like Oprah to even scratch 500 million+.

I remember Bill Gates consistently being the richest in the world at 50-60 billion for his net worth? Now you have the top 5 all surpassing 140 billion. All of this while the UK outside of London is barely better than Mississippi as an economy. World's becoming a dystopia.

Many of them probably have more wealth than the stated numbers, because they calculate it based on their known properities, shares, businesses or salary to determine what their net-worth is

But we cannot peek into their bank accounts to know how much they sit on in terms of liquidity/cash and heck we don't know much they stacked away in offshore accounts or companies without their real name on it or properties tied to someone they know.

Now that Trump is in office the rich will become exponentially richer. They already got massively richer since his re-election.

After the inauguration fossil fuel billionaires earned 3 billion.

The rest of Americans will get poorer, it's going to be wild time. America is global leader so it's going to have global reaching effects as well in the next coming years.

That’s capitalism for you. Takes money to make money as they say. Real wages have been mostly stagnant across the west for many decades now meanwhile the rates accruing to capital continue to increase. It also helps when capital gains are taxed at a much lower rate than ordinary income. Basically, the system is set up to squeeze out the little guy and make the rich, richer. Pretty sure Karl Marx mentioned all this long ago.
