Not al-kebab, but in fact the people. Amisom's success depends on the willingness of the people to help. If Amisom are shown to be the worst animals, it'll make their jobs harder and virtually impossible, as they would have to withdraw in the end. Same scenario as Iraq when they took out all those weddings from the air. The people refused to help and instead joined local militias. This is a dangerous scenario for them.

We don't have the population of Iraq and we're very divided to boot, we're much weaker than Iraqis, we're weaker than the Muslims of Central African Republic.
