Either way we need foreign troops out both kenya and ethiopia. Only djibouti and SNA troops should be in our country. Not soldiers from far regions or regions that have conflicting interests.

For now we need soldiers whose loyalty only goes to their state and host state. All of our neighbour's including Djibouti has an conflict of interest. Turkey only has first movers advantage.
