Do you have anything to corroborate the claim that both parties must agree to a postponement? I have just read every single press release on the case and in each instance, Kenya presented the court with substantive reasons to delay. The latest of which being the COVID-19 pandemic. I find it hard to believe the court could compel an unready party in settling a legal matter.

Additionally, it seems like the FGS has just rejected this fourth attempt to delay the case. Do you still think Farmaajo is engaging in "foul play"?

It is pretty clear that Kenya will lose this case. They are actually lucky that Somalia is seeking to extend the EEZ along the blue line and not along the red line which is the actual border. Somalia is actually being generous to Kenya by giving up some of its EEZ.
