To Run it's government and the public debt of Kenya has hit $70 billion which makes Kenya's debt a ticking time bomb on the verge of default which could seriously hurt the country's economy and the overall GDP.

Businesses don't come if they don't see govt policy to create a population with various industrial.skills and a healthy population. It's how the govt invest in soft infrastructure, plus its quality and access level to the populations that determines when businesses tell the imf or.world bank, give them.the loan on hard infrastructure needs, they have a skilled population due to good governance and businesses then tell imf or world bank they will set up operation where they give loans on hard infrastructure which safeguards their investor class also and they either invest either as fdi(worst investment as its not your wealth) or local n foreigner partnership.
