I don think so, African Union, IGAD,and Arab league oppose separatists. somaliland has this three obstacles , the only way somaliland can get recognition is through Federal Government of Somalia. Somaliland administration is stupid enough Somalilanders travel to Garowe get Somali passport, even sick people who can not travel have to go Garowe. for example Puerto Rico is a territory of USA they have president and their own government but they should have to use US passport.
