They should hire Somali only maids but many middle class families opt for the cheaper Madow counterpart. Its very unsafe!

Second, how you treat your housemaid comes into the picture. You can't treat your housemaid inhumanely. But sadly, some Somalis really mistreat those poor housemaids. This is where some of them can resent you and set you up for criminals.
Third, try to know your maid. If you suspect she is a difficult person or you can sense she may harm you, fire her immediately.

It is better to have at least someone who knows the housemaid that you're hiring, and make sure she can be traced quickly in case she does something stupid and dangerous as the one in the video. Exactly, everyone called him to harsh but if he was around these stupid criminals would be done and promptly disposed of. That maid needs to be investigated aswell and face extreme consequences if guilty
