The US has cut funding to the Somali army under Trump and even scaled back 2/3 of funds for the Somali special forces they trained, had it not been for congress all of it would have been suspended by Trump government.

This is common knowledge and the government is now funding these troops out of there own pockets using aid from other countries (Qatar/Turkey) but the majority coming from the airport/port and tax collected in Xamar.

If you had any knowledge of the situation you would know they are not as active as they were under Obama which is a good thing for us, we know what the US does when they loose influence, they start by cutting funding.

James swan is nothing more then a UN emissary no different to the one that was expelled by the government before.
