lol you are funny. HSM is weaker than Farmaajo. Farmaajo had SNA troops in Xamar. HSM has non of that. Xamar might be home to many different people but the fact remains that only 2 tribes are heavily militarised in Xamar, Murusade and Abgal. The former will be backing Kheyre while the latter are either backing Shareef or staying neutral. Either way the odds are stacked against HSM. 4/5 entrance/exit to Villa Somalia are controlled by Murusade as it runs through their neighbourhoods. Reer Xamar don’t want another civil war so xoog won’t work for HSM. He will step down or will be dragged out the Villa.

They're compelled to hold these events outside of the country because there is no venue safe enough for high level political discussion like this. It's why all the big politicians only gather at afisone on the eve of election night. Never before we will they all meet up together unless they're security is 100% guaranteed aka they have to be in a clan stronghold.

Not only that but in this instance Culusow won’t let them hold their meetings in Xamar. Basically there is no freedom of speech or freedom to gather. It’s like if Trump said democrats can’t meet in D.C.
