Raskambooni is Bajuuni with few somali settlements.
Malindi is mix of Arab yemeni and Bajuun.
Funny thing is there is a very large Italian population in Malindi I don't know how they got there probably when Somalia got independence they moved there but that is a drug trafficking hub.

Also a fertile stretch of land called Mpeketoni in Malindi is owned by kenyatta family and kikuyus they settled in the 70s.

Mombasa Island has Swahilis , OmaniArabs and Somalis but some areas are full of Kenyan mainland immigrants like Likoni. While the the outskirts and some villages are under Mijikenda who are like Mushunguli bantu.

The baajuuni are stretched from Mombasa all the way to Baraawe. They are a mix of Somalis,Arabs and Bantu.

Kismaayo it self is a Baajuni word meaning the place with fresh water wells.
kismayo is not a bajuni settlement your listening to that crazy somali hating racist grants
kismayo was part of the somalis city states and the ajuraan sultanate and has been somali for a very longtime

i expected false lies from a kenyan nationalist so am not suprised

Yes, it was originally a small Bajuni village before the Harti merchant seafarers from the north built it up by permission of Syed Barghash.

There was no Ajuran in Kismaayo stop making up stories. There has never been Ajuran in Jubbaland the coast of Jubbaland was always Bajuun while the hinterland was Wardey and Boran before the Ogaden conquest of Jubbaland as far as Kismaayo and Baraawe and Laamu.

Then MJ came and settled in Kismaayo and its environs.

You are not from Jubbaland nor are your people nor do you have stake go talk about your village in the middle of nowhere.

Lol you're nuts. Everyone knows who Syed Barghash was.

The Arabs didn't govern the Somali nomads inland, but the sultan of Zanzibar controlled all the port towns from Warsheikh to kismayo.

The national museum in Mogadishu was the Sultan's palace and was used by his governor.

I knew hartis developed Kismayo (according to Virginia Luling) but when were they allowed by barghash :ohhh:

In the late 1800s. My ancestors were apart of the group that established Kismayo as a town on behalf of Barghash.

At least read your own quote. Merchants from Mogadishu initiated the Sofala gold trade, but they were Shirazi, not Samaale. The Ajuraan never had a port or ships.

Pathological lies.

Again since when is Marka or Qalafe part of Jubbaland?
Kismaayo was called Ras Ogaden after Ogaden conquest from Baajun. Then the settlement was transformed by harti migration in the late 1800s.

17 th and 16th Century Jubbaland as Far as Garisa and Wajir was under borana and wardey while the coast was under Baajun.

Also stop cutting and posting extracts show me a proper sourced material showing ajuran ruled jubbaland in the 1800s or shut up.
I can also type on MS word and use any font and claim it as original.

OK, I never said they dominated Somalis inland. The Arabs made peace with the natives.

But the Arabs controlled the town and it's port, it's always been a foreign dominated town.

Mogadishu was only xamarweyne and shingani districts at the time, and foreign origin benadiri were the inhabitants.

Boqor Osman was a vassal under the Omanis too, they worked for him in trade (Madow slave transport, goods) and provided soldiers.
