It’s one of the most expensive places in Toronto. What do you expect? I respect that he bought a home for his mother with his Degrassi money which was popular in the early 00s.

first, forest hill is defo not burbs. and what you need to know is in toronto the rich and the poor dont live too far from one another, i could go past forest fill on my way to somewhere else, plus people in 'safe' areas usually chill in poorer areas, so their culture is that too

jane and finch, one of the most violent crime filled places in toronto, is a couple minutes away from forest hill. that should give some insight into toronto lol. last time i checked, burbs was far away from crazy city life, not at its doorstep.
