Yes it does. You will never hear water shortage in burco, Berbera and Borama

It is Hargeisa that is lacking. Rest are fine

Hargeisa has no ground water Burco is on a giant aquifer it's the reason why most of the bottled water company's are there

The problems that Somaliland faces won’t be fixed if they get recognition.

They seem to put all the blame on Somalia and Somalis in the south instead of those who’s fault it is (politicians)

You could actually universalise your statements to all of Somaliweyn. We seem to love to give our politicians a free ride to abuse public finances just as long as they are of the same tribe as us.
