Life found in Venus

The answer Islam gives to the possibility of life out in space and in far off galaxies is " Allah knows Best". This answer means there might be some or there might not be life forms in space outside our own galaxy and Earth. Islam took the neutral position because such knowledge is not crucial for faith. Finding something will not be counter to Islam, and not finding something is the same.

There are many indications from the Qu'ran supporting the theory that earth isn't the only habitable planet on this universe and there are other habitable planets out there.

1. In chapter (16) sūrat l-naḥl Allah (SWT) says: He has also created things that you do not know.

Allah is basically telling us he has created things we do not know about so it could mean he has created things in the past, present and future.

2. In Chapter (42) sūrat l-shūrā Allah (SWT) says: He has created the heavens and earth, and the living creatures that He has scattered through them: and He has power to gather them together when He wills.

This one is a stronger indication so basically not just creatures on this planet but he has scattered them beyond this universe. If he wants to he can gather all of them at once showing how mighty he is.

3. In Surah Israh Allah (SWT) says: We have honoured the children of Adam and we have carried them in the lands and the seas and we have given them many things and we have preferred them (humans) over many other things that we have created.

We occupy a high rank according to this verse but not the highest. Do you understand? Now in the world, we inhabit who is at the top of the pyramid? It's us, Humans. Who bows down to us? Angels and Jinns so we are at the top of this world yet Allah says in Surah Israh "We have honoured the children of Adam over many other things" but the keyword NOT ALL. So this powerful verse proves we're not really the only existing creatures in this universe nor are we the center of this universe and it would be very arrogant to assume that.

My favourite one for number four which humbles us humans and makes us respect Allah even more.

4. Allah (SWT) is Khalaq which means the one who continues to create so the notion that we're the only creation to Allah. This diminishes the majesty of Allah. The truth is Allah has been constantly creating and will constantly continue to create to no end and that is what we only know. Outside of this world, we know nothing out there. This is simply our portion and there are others as well before us, present with us and after us.

Fake... Life only exists on earth. If there was life on other planets we would've known through Quran or Hadith. If Dinosaurs existed we would've known in through the Quran or Hadith.

I agree we are not alone, one of Allah's 99 name is al-khaaliq (Creator of All things)

You can't say for definite that it is fake. Scholars look to riwayat israiliyat ( Children of Israel books original torah and injeel which Allah sent down)

There should be a neutral stance taken it can't be disproved yet it can't be fully proved.

Ibn Kathir said in al-Bidayah wa’n-Nihayah:

Many scholars of tafseer say that the jinn were created before Adam (peace be upon him), and before them on Earth there were the hinn and the binn, then Allah caused the jinn to prevail over them, so they killed them and expelled them from the earth and inhabited it after them

Good points and reminders. We know as Muslims what Allah told us in the Quran and through his messenger. That knowledge is called religious truths. We are also allowed to explore and study nature on our own for any reason. Allah also granted permission(as a challenge) for to Jinns and Humans to ascend towards the heavens and see how far they can reach. There is no limit to exercising human intelligence. Advanced brains were given to humans for a reason. We already know the Jinnis have capabilites humans lack such as instant transmission, abilities to build expansive structures and they can ascend to the heavens.

Muslims are truly lucky to have faith that makes them open to exploration and learning. They are the humans who can utilize both faith and Science as complementary assets rather than contradictory engagements. For muslim, the world is amazing and figuring out how things work increases their faith in the creator of all things.

I like how the Quran is flexible and subsequent generations can find new meaning in that same unchanged Quran. Like how the more scientifically educated generations of today and those who lived in the past look to the same Quranic verses with differing perspectives outside the fundamentals of faith and still feel or felt amazed by it.

Words from the Master of the Universe ought to be majestic and amazing, and the Quran fits that is amazing.
