Now that's a bit of a problem. If the chick in question was sending nudes or allowing herself to be recorded by a guy she is in a relationship with then she has a justifiable excuse.
But if she leaves evidence behind for guy that is playing with her then no she doesn't deserve a pass.

This all depends on the attractiveness of the chick though. The more attractive she is then the more leniency she deserves if she keeps her Sex life discrete and out of the public eye
