49-63% poverty rate in Somaliland is pretty high for a state, and its upper estimate suggests its poorer than the average Mogadishu citizen.

What point are you proving here, the second graph is referencing the first. And in the first you have exactly the same urban and rural poverty rates as the second 48-63%.

North East still shows a much lower poverty incidence

There was simply a simpling problem to add Puntland in for comparison, but since the last actual data was is October 2017 I'd say nothing much has changed.

Puntland is still on average richer

It will be Interesting what South Central GDP is. Darod/Rahanwayn/Hawiye open a thread about that and who owns the most of it? Koley 1.3 is mudug-nugal-bari but that was 2010 so it's possibly 1.4 or 1.6 in 2012. 1.6 is all the north(5 regions) for year 2012.

3 billion of our GDP is galkayo to Awdal. I would say South Central is about 4 billion for a total of 7 billion GDP for the nation as a whole.
