All countries must respect Somalia Sovereignty and its legally recognised borders which is enshrined in the United Nations and African Union.

The Denmark official might not know that these type of sovereignty violations isn't a win for anyone in the global rules based order. It's not a productive thing but a destructive thing for all nations if any region, sect, ethnic, tribal can just declare itself a nation while violating existing nations sovereignty.

As for SL elections his anger isn't about the election but the violation of Somalia Sovereignty by foreign nations. I would've said the same thing.

I agree with the Somali foreign minister, do not violate other nations sovereignty when you know full well their legal borders. That's just totally careless or has ulterior motives.

SL is NW Somalia not even the North as a whole, let's not deny realities on ground. As for their elections in NW Somalia, we welcome it and encourage it. It's just how their trying to word it, is the issue.
