And even if he did, it really wasnt necessary to use that much violence. He could have easily killed that man and he would have gotten life in prison. No, Insults ≠ violence. Eye for an eye! If you’re insulted then insult back. Once you raise your hands now you’ve escalated and anything that happens after that is directly your fault. The Asian guy could’ve stabbed or shot him dead and he would’ve been cleared of all charges as self defense. So don’t walk around thinking you can put your hands on someone for the words coming outta their mouths.
