They are too old to be doing that there mainly 30s now but they are the main ones that started the gender wars online at least on twitter etc they have bad social dynamics compared to younger Somalis
You'd be surprised, the noolosha ka dhacay late 30 year olds like theprincipledsomali. Imagine how many others are there like him?

I'm actually Glad these madows and Somalis beef'd in those times. Without that beef Somalis would have gotten lost in " wiz all blaq nd sheeet " pan Africaist programming language. Our Upti's and Adeer held it down. These madows starting to notice Somalis are in Government or Vice president and Congress and ICJ. Now they want a leg up. I suggest we kick the ladder while it up so they don't climb up and let them figure it out. Somalis first:ohhhdamn:

The trauma from bullying doesn't really naturally go away when you are an adult. A lot of people are still traumatized from the physical abuse they've experienced. Nah but I understand some of these kids in school were really demonic in the way they were harming people and no adult stepped up. Like I'd say borderline should have been put in juvie. I feel bad for kids who do not have friends/family sticking up for them.

When is this conversation gonna die man. People gotta move on.
What conversation? It's pretty interesting learning how Somali millenials grew up in the UK. I was bullied when I was nursery-primary school aged by black people and they'd always be the one's kissing up to cadaan kids. I look back and it's funny, but I felt pretty awful back then and it's a lonely experience

Probably the only time an ajnabi has admitted it. I’ve seen a lot of discourse online saying Somalis were anti black and were bullying other blacks but this sheds light on it, we were alienated from the black identity especially from Jamaicans even my fam that grew up here tell me that, one of my uptis even told me don’t be friends with them lmao. This even played into social dynamics/ social stratification to an extent a lot of Somalis would mingle with other Muslims Arabs bengalis Pakistanis Turks more than other madows. Not generalising but this is my own observation.

The bigger issue no one seems to talk about is the fact that its harmful to raise your children in an area where they could be a minority. I honestly consider it a form of child abuse.
Like it's a bad idea to send your child to some predominantly black and Mexican school in the hood if your African. Unless your child has a few older cousins and friends to depend on in school they'll just end up getting bullied.

Most Somali Americans didn't have to worry about this since most of us lived in the same communities and went to school with each other.

In America a lot of West African and carribean Americans received a lot of hate from American Americans when they first arrived in the states. I've literally witnessed Nigerian fobs in school get bullied for having an accents. Majority of the bullied ones never got over it and still hold resentment towards African Americans.
