rapists and rape apologists need to get stoned to death
Wasn't MSP the starting point of the #SomaliMeToo movement? Spread across the world, blasted on Twitter and other social media. I swear we had a whole thread about them?
Yes absolutely but the issue rises when in most Islamic countries due to “culture” or deen and/or biased authorities(remember women already have limited rights in these countries to begin with)discourage the reporting of rape and/or if it’s reported not fully prosecuted because of social pressure etc. For example there’s no penal code that criminalize rape in Saudi, meaning a rapist can be excuted, lashed, fined or dismissed altogether.@Amirah, the deterrence policy, if it meant chopping off their *private parts" if found guilty and after exhausting all soughts of appeal, don't you think it will reduce the statistics.
f*ck off. Go misinterpret it elsewhere, I ain't going to filter down the deen and give you a bundle for your liking. You clearly know my whole point revolves around the point that hadiths are a part of Islam, talking ill of Al-Bukhari won't help you. Don't quote me for your sadistic misinterpretations and grave miscalculations.@Calaf would’ve thought this was okay as long as the two were married. He thinks the Prophet married Aisha at 6 and had sex at 9
It had a worldwide impact. Denalism is something seen everywhere, but we seen cases open and some sought of justices told before it was hijacked by no good doers. That was the young women. But did you see the response to it from Minnesota’a male community. They adeers were on Facebook literally denouncing it as nonsense. And it left as fast as it came.
Agreed, there is other factors which doesn't allow the deterrence policy to occur. These cases unfortunately are seen due to the social factors outweighing the Islamic factors to filter out for this day and age (If true Islam was implemented, none of this would have occurred)Yes absolutely but the issue rises when in most Islamic countries due to “culture” or deen and/or biased authorities(remember women already have limited rights in these countries to begin with)discourage the reporting of rape and/or if it’s reported not fully prosecuted because of social pressure etc. For example there’s no penal code that criminalize rape in Saudi, meaning a rapist can be excuted, lashed, fined or dismissed altogether.

I think what’s ironic is how Islam was one of the first religions or institution to ever give women rights that far exceeded what was known at the time. Now fast forward 1400 years, and it’s the non-Muslims who have replaced them and now it’s Muslims who are oppressing women. There’s a reason why the Muslim world is in shambles.
