He was too soft aun, should've waged war against Siyaad barre mutineers and started the civil war in 69 and preventing the coup instead of what we saw in the late 80s - present.
Coup may have seen to be the best thing due to the ridiculous amount of corruption but in hindsight, it would have been better than the current state of affairs and what we through in terms of repression.
