Everything is Halal as the shop or restaurant is owned by a local businessmen who get the license from big fast-food franchises to have it in their country and must follow local protocols or regulations

In Australia, there are a few halal certified McDonalds in each major city. Everything from the Big Macs to the drinks are made in a halal manner there.

We have a smaller Muslim population than the UK, I think it’s all about pressure and making sure McDonalds and other restaurants realise that your business isn’t for granted.

Honestly why would anyone expect McDonald’s to go outta their way to cater to Muslim customers? That’s like expecting Muslim restaurants to serve pork. If Muslims want halal burgers and fries why not create their own chain.
