Sure, if you ignore everything else i've brought up. My study literally found a negative relationship between ethnic diversity and social cohesion, but i'm sure that's unimportant to you. Also, i guess you missed my point about low skill immigration having a different effect on poor countries like Somalia. With little resources around, conflicts are much more likely to happen.
