The reality is that Somalia is in the process of rebuilding from the ground up, and the absence of a fully functional navy is indeed a limitation. However, it would be a mistake to assume that you have free reign over the seas in the region.

I am currently exploring with a few people if it's possible to start civilian unrest in that country and have locals demand "change" using online propaganda/manipulative tactics. Anytime police officers/soldiers are unpaid or whenever there is a terror attack, bot farms would get activated to encourage banaanbax or other more effective measures. Something egregious happens in Somalia everyday so theres ample opportunities. This will include not only southern Somalia but Somaliland and Puntland and maybe Djibouti, using language like "Bihi, Deni and Gelleh have done nothing to improve our lives. There are no jobs for youth like in other countries. They steal government funds to pay for Nairobi and Dubai villas while you get no health care or infrastructure like the rest of the world". Somalis are an very emotional people that can be influenced so I can it work. These current rulers are beyond retarded and have no vision for Somalia. Every institution and every building needs to be erased of their presence.

Things actually changed in those 10 yrs. The SNA couldn't be trusted with anything back then, now they operate drones and choppers. Makes sense why the xabashi are in a hurry.

The whole logistics of the army and ATMIS btw is UN operated. Even those Africans couldn't pull of what is being achieved by the UN with hundreds of millions a year. All the bases, sanitiation, water supply, energy, IT, transport, fuel, food, hopsitals. You think the SNA is handling anything but putting grunts into boots and deciding where they'll be posted. All that food and fuel and everythign else will get looted once it comes under the FGS.
