Walahii hilarious to read Somali restaurant reviews. I never knew Somalis are becoming so fussy like white people. Walaahi our generation in 10 or 20 years will turn into total lost American souls.

I am so disappointed, They have the worst takeout service! I got my food without ranch! The chicken cutlets was lalaabo/ no tissue or forks provided ! I will never come again! I suggest u start treating ur customers with more respect next time!!!!

Very poor customer service. They need to train their employees and learn how to serve customers and respect.
No respect at all. But, I have to say their food is nice...but for me customer service comes first. Think before you go here.

Then Daud takes the cake for the review....aparantly his credit card was charged 26 hundred instead of 26 dollars and the ownder of the restaurant tried to cheat him out even though he had Bank receipts. Walaahi that was a good helpful review, I will check my bank transaction if I go to somali Quruxlow restaurant

This is by far the worst Somali Restaurant in Minnesota. They don't know customer service and they don't have class and the worst part of all is that they steal your money and will refuse to refund you. So this is what happened to me. I went to their restaurant on a Tuesday night approximately 8:25pm and ordered two meals, a cupcake and a cup of tea. That is $26.50. Instead of charging me $26.50, they charged me $2,650 (two thousand six hundred and fifty dollars). When I went back two days later, they gave me the run around. Finally, I met the owner, Quruxlow Osman, and he adamantly said that I never purchased anything from his restaurant even though I gave him my receipt as well as a statement from my bank, Wells Fargo. He dismissed me like I had no rights and some of his frontline staff also did the same, mainly his Mohamed Salad. He even threatened me that he will call the caps on me. I filed a lawsuit against him and we will see each other in a court of law. I warn you ALL, please don't buy anything from this place or you will pay a heavy price.
