Miss Africa Somali girl TOP 10

Its definitly the lighting. The photos have a huge filter on them. This is her on video. Her complexion looks normal and darker than the photos. This is all the contestants and shes on mark @6:18
I looked at some of the photos and videos she posted, she definitely bleaches. You can tell especially in videos with the ethiopian girl that she posted.

She’s pretty but she’s not a model.

Nah. This girl looks like a natural light skinned girl. If u bleach ur skin will look grey and hers looks normal and a western somali girl doesnt have to be dark skin u know.
lol you don’t know bleaching the first instances it looks normal and natural once it’s overused you look grey

@Chaseyourdreamzz nepotism can't be involved according chatgpt i checked just in case it selected by the people at miss africa not somalis. Knowing this they probably saw way prettier people but just decided not to select them

How it works for Somalia (and similar countries):

  • The Miss Africa organizers themselves choose a representative from the applications they receive from Somali applicants.
  • This means no formal Somali national committee is involved — it's not like "Miss Somalia" choosing someone.
  • The organizers look at:
    • Your application form
    • A 3-minute video introducing yourself
    • How well you align with their mission: beauty, brains, leadership, and culture
    • Your potential to promote African heritage and impact positively

So, no — Somalis (as a nation or committee) don't choose the representative. It's the central Miss Africa organization that selects from the global pool of Somali applicants.
