Not sure, they must have secured the land by now. Maybe they're waiting to announce once they start on New Garowe.
I have not heard Amal securing the land there TBH the land of the airport was donated by a RM subclan for free after many financially motivated clan squabbles broke out about where to built airporka cusub.
Doubt the neighbors will sell to one company as the land prices skyrocketed after dhagaxdhiga isimada and prefer a bidding war between multiple companies.
