This is good to hear thereβs so much unused land outside of Garowe that could be developed and incorporated into the city.
I can't wait till Green city Bosaso is done. New Garowe and Green city Bosaso are totally town-planned unlike Hamar/hargeisa new area where their outside is all rocks, bushes and no roads. They cut corners isaaq/hag thats why i hate when they lead, they never do things properly. Electricity network will run under-ground and water/sewage treatment for household connection.
