i literally just came back from xamar and seriously no one gives a shit about qabil. if you go downtown, youll see people with sl,pl,kg,gm,hs and jl bracelets on all grinding and hustling.

Somaliland isn’t a sovereign nation, so they don’t receive enough funding to develop infrastructure.

Somaliland does receive enough funds for infrastructure. The elite just pocket the majority of that money like any other somali gov. The thing with xamar is that it is a capital with more political leverage than the other govs, hence better infrastructure.
