Mogadishu is developing fast. Olow tower is what I call level 2 high-rise first of its kind in Mogadishu then others followed and surpassed it. dahabshiil tower is level 3 never seen before a proper glass and metal building a building that would not look out of character in Dubai. Hopefully others will follow soon.

within the next 10 years the first proper skyscraper with 50 floors or more will be build.
