Why would they put money into that? Those houses and buildings do not belong to the “majority group” lightly put, they have no concept of civic responsibility….
I mean the central government it’s not that expensive if they allocate some money

Waxay cunaan cashuurta dadka, way musuq-maasuqaan, qabyaalad bay ku dhaqmaan, this issue here isn’t even a concern to them, there was a project by farmaajo back in 2018 but the money allocated for it “disappeared” and the project ground to a halt. Nothing good ever comes out of villa Somalia
Yesterday, I prayed Asir at the Merwaz Mosque in Xamar Weyne and took a long walk to Liido Beach. The beach was very crowded, filled with life, and it was inspiring to see the resilient spirit of our people. I also noticed that the hotel where the Al-Shabaab attacks occurred has been completely renovated.
