When did I say any of those things? Your entire rhetoric is based of misconstruction and straw manning. My original claim is that Andrew's Tate version of masculinity is more aligned with Islam, in the sense that it preserves the overarching patriarchal relations of men and women. As opposed to secular liberalism that deconstructs the notion of gender identity.

i have mixed feelings about this interview.

Islamically, we should encourage giving Dawah to gaalos as it’s ajaar and as a Muslim you would want your intentions for Islam to be spread. I think many ppl on this thread can agree with that. Here is hijabs defense of doing so.

However I feel like these type of talks like Jordan Peterson and Andrew tate who have engaged with numerous other dawah preachers before are potentially engaged in bad faith

These people completely understand that Muslims are in complete agreement with their stances which are considered controversial outside of mainstream thought. The only people who share and would truly defend and fight for these controversial views are far right cadaan ppl. Being labeled as having a primary white audience is a bad look but having a diverse one and masquerading it as a men’s audience is better.

Andrew tate has lost so much exposure since the banning. The dudes in a drought Being able to go on YouTube interviews is a huge relief for him since he’s only relevant because of controversy and exposure. I believe his incentive in this interview is to keep relevance and keep a Muslim fan base support.

These people are not dumb. They know Muslims will fight tooth and nail if they made some controversial statements on the deen so they’ll sit and nod along however I believe they’ll already made up their mind and have no intention of changing it. They’re here for a β€œcivil discussion” to say β€œwe disagree but we’re so civil” that’s it.

with Andrew tate he is a very charismatic speaker , way more charismatic then hijab to the youth. Could this interview potentially get more of hijabs followers captivated by Andrew tate and his degeneracy ? I think that could be the worst outcome from this interview. the best outcome would be that non Muslim fans of tate would watch this interview and be more open to Islam.
