People really underestimate walking wallaahi. I used to do Pilates as well. It makes you very flexible! But weight training stole my heart atm.

Interesting.... wow kudos for you for keeping a healthy weightMost Xaalimo's that I talk about are larger then that even, in fact much bigger then her.
The devils are in the details, I have plenty of times ballooned up to 250 pounds then dropped as low as 180, now fixed at a healthy 195 pounds.
A decade ago (no longer the case today) people used to praise the fat women for her superior character/intelligence as opposed to her opposites that were shallow, stupid, narcissistic etc.
Because she was fat and thus no longer objectified as much nor given the same level of attention, that women was forced to develop other characteristics to match up, this resulted in superior personality, intelligence, saviness etc.
This is all happening at a subconscious level of course and the person is totally unaware of this.
A couple of months back one of the young lady at work that works in a small coffee place that showed superior intelligence and characteristic for her age and size (she is very slim)
I joked to her that she must have been fat in the past and lost a lot of weight in response to her crude joke after the compliment, to which she shockingly admitted and ever since that day she thought I was a psychic mind reader.
The best person is often the one that has the feel and experience of being on both sides of the fences, you truly learn new things as well as develop faster.
When I was 250 pounds I was obsessed about knowledge, reading books etc. then at 180 I turned 360 the opposite direction and was slowly decaying, and it kept oscillating like this as the weight oscillated until wisdom prevailed.
Weight training is better if you want to see better results.People really underestimate walking wallaahi. I used to do Pilates as well. It makes you very flexible! But weight training stole my heart atm.
