The point is the overwhelming majority of hawiye in jowhar hiran galgaduud xamar are al shabaab sympathiser hence most of their land being under al shabaab control, they held Somalia back for the past 26 years. How comes al shabaab don't control garoowe or buhoodle iyo las qori iyo hargaisa cause the people who reside in those cities don't sympathise with al shabaab.
