I agree with your overall point that generally speaking the UK is the least racist country, but when it comes to working class racism, there are better countries like netherlands/Germany. In these two countries you can travel to any small town, village, without fear. In the UK, your asking for trouble if your caught out late in villages. Especially in the south east.
