The baxnaano program is funded by the IDA through the pre -arrears clearence( debt cancelllation) program . In march 2020 the somali government cleared it arears and because of this they were allowed to access these funds. Thus it was due to the competency of the government we have access to the funds.

Furthermore the program is run under the leadership of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA). The manager of Baxnaano Programe is Ms Fardowso Ahmed Abdullahi.
