The company was rewarded though it was known it wad under resourced to rehabiliate the 80km stretch between the villageds of Jalam and Harfo out of neptoism and being Abdiwali Gaas's cronies

€7 million were given and since they started they were rumours that the money went into real estate and a large share pocketed by Abdiwali Gaas.
