Djibout is a big failure tbh. It had peace since its independence in 1977 and it doesn't look better than Mogadishu.

Peace itself is a Grand achievement considering how easy divisions can be cooked in this melting pot called Djibouti that has survived a CIVIL WAR of its own that most somalis dont even KNOW ABOUT IT.
